Koos Boering began his career as an accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers before transitioning into financial management roles. Over the past 30 years, he has worked across the corporate, non-profit, and NGO sectors, holding CFO positions at organisations such as Syntens, the KWF Cancer Foundation, and Aidsfonds. His career has centred on fostering collaboration, developing high-performing teams, and creating sustainable financial solutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘The people we work for need our support more than ever,’ Boering emphasises. ‘In today\u2019s challenging political and financial climate, we must redefine our role, navigate reduced government funding, and seize opportunities to innovate.
