WHAT WE DO IN SENEGAL

Sustainable livelihoods
Our aim is to improve access to finance and markets for smallholder farmers. We work with farmer organizations and with other stakeholders to strengthen value chains. This allows farmers to access finance, markets, inputs, and agricultural skills training.

We work with companies providing new technology solutions and we have a partnership with a crowdfunding platform that is financing producer organisations and farmers to improve their businesses. We are also developing a network for youth involvement in agri-business.

We promote climate-resilient agricultural practices and support solutions that reduce and mitigate climate change effects. Our aim is to strengthen sustainable agricultural systems with the aim of reducing malnutrition and increasing the incomes of people living from agricultural activities.

WHERE WE WORK IN SENEGAL

Currently, we work in 11 regions: Thiès, Louga, Saint Louis, Matam, Kaolack, Diourbel, Fatick, Kaffrine, Tambacounda, Kolda and Sédhiou.
