Following a period of dedicated service to the organisation, Koos Boering has decided to step down as Chief Financial Officer of Cordaid, effective 1 October 2026. Since joining Cordaid, Boering has made a significant contribution to Cordaid’s transition to a new organisational model, with locally led development at its core.
As the organisation enters the next phase of implementation, both Boering and the organisation have concluded that this stage calls for a different leadership profile. Together, they have agreed that now is the right moment for this transition.
The Supervisory Board and Board of Directors express their sincere appreciation for his commitment, professionalism, and leadership during one of the most transformative periods in Cordaid’s recent history.
